2/7 What are those other needs? 12 identified, including; Greater understanding and recognition of the distinct role of the leader, including AND beyond the role of instructional leadership... Focus on the leadership of wellbeing, for leaders themselves, students + staff...

3/7 Specific training and development that empowers leaders to be ADAPTIVE and respond to context... Greater acknowledgement that many of our problems are COMPLEX in nature, and giving leaders better mindsets and tools to navigate wicked problems...

4/7 Huge one - the serious and systemic lack of diverse representation in leadership, especially at the most senior levels.
