The RFA regret to announce the death of RFA member Roy S. Brinkley. Brother Brinkley passed away Nov. 19, 2020. Brother Brinkley was 63 years old. Brother Brinkley was appointed to the DCFD on 10-11-86 to E-23 and retired on 8-7-2017 E-23 Capt.

The RFA regret to announce the death of RFA member Barry Jarboe. Brother Jarboe passed away today 11-30-2020 after a long illness. Brother Jarboe was 71 years old. Brother Jarboe was appointed to the DCFD on 4-1-1973 to T-13 and retired 10-31-1994 from T-5 Tech.

Jan. 13, 2021 The RFA regret to announce the death of RFA Member Dewey D. Fritzman. Brother Fritzman passed away on Jan. 12, 2021. Brother Fritzman was 76 years old. Brother Fritzman was appointed to the DCFD on Aug. 28, 1966 to E-16 and retired on Aug. 28, 1986 from E-16 WD

The RFA regret to announce the death of RFA Member Kenneth "Kenny" B. Propst Jr. Brother Propst passed away 3-17-21 after a very long illness. Brother Propst was 75 years old. Brother Propst was appointed to the DCFD on 12-15-1969 to E-1 and retired on 8-24-1991 from E-17.

The RFA regret to announce the death of James C. (Jimmy) Fineran. Brother Fineran passed away on May 20, 2021. Brother Fineran was 78 years old. Brother Fineran was appointed to the DCFD on 9-15-1963 to T-4 and retired on 1-1-1978 E-27 Lt.

The RFA regret to announce the death of RFA Member John W. West. Brother West passed away on April 15, 2021. Brother West was 79 years old. Brother West retired on 11-1-1970 from E-21, we do not have the appointment date. Funeral Arrangements have already taken place

June 10, 2021 The RFA was just notified of the death of RFA Life Member Donald B. Shaffer. Brother Shaffer passed away in May 2019 at the age of 91. Brother Shaffer was appointed to the DCFD on 3-21-1955 and retired on 2-1-1969 from FPD Services have already taken place

The RFA was just informed of the death of RFA Life Member Robert J. Talbert. Brother Talbert passed away on Sept. 24, 2020 at the age of 93. Brother Talbert was appointed to the DCFD on 21-1-1950, and retired on 6-1-1975 from E-20 His wife Dolores also passed earlier in the year
