Target for Today: Air Hunger atsjournals.org/doi/full/10.11… “tachypnea, hyperpnea & cyanosis are attendant phenomen, but the feeling of air hunger is what alarms the patient. Physician is called for a single reason, that is to relieve air hunger” Brings back Resuscitology teachings.


James Yates Traumatic arrest is not a one size pathophysiological process. Hanging/burns/blunt/penetrating etc all need nuanced approaches, not to mention LOST vs NOST. There will be times when a vasopressor will likely improve clinical state. The skill is identifying the right situation.
