Likely due to eating bad fats. It’s nearly impossible to do a diet that high in fat without eating bad fats like too many omega 6’s or oxidized oils. Not keto’s fault. But also, if too many white vs red muscle fibers from years of stress, then you can’t burn fat. Have to fix

Terrible 2s are caused by the extreme pain from the huge 2 year molars erupting through the gums. Freeze breast milk and put on gums during 2 days year molar teething, instantly soothes the child, preventing bad behavior and tantrums. Why nursing should go till 2.
