🚆FACT: The earmarked $292+M to bail out SEPTA, as a part of HB 1788, is 3X the amount formerly proposed for Lifeline Scholarships (PASS). Bailing out an inefficient, bureaucratic system is a priority for House Dems, rescuing kids trapped in failing schools apparently isnt.

Because the PTTF receives over a billion dollars in new revenue each year, our proposal to draw money from this fund for mass transit & road projects for the next two years would not jeopardize a single planned capital project. It's time to put this money to needed use right now!
