Thanks to the transparency portal provided by PA Treasurer Stacy Garrity around "Ledger 5" we know that--despite the lack of a state budget--more than $5 billion has already been spent from the state's General Fund since July 1. buff.ly/PmStDod

$200 billion in income has moved to Florida, primarily from New York and California. Americans are ‘voting with their feet,’ fleeing high taxes and regulations in blue states for lower-tax red states like Texas and Florida. How is your state faring? Find out here

🚨 BREAKING: RFK Jr’s HHS just announced they are BANNING Medicare and Medicaid from reimbursing ANY hospital NATIONWIDE that provides “sex-trait modifications” to children HUGE win for America’s kids! 🔥 In other words, hospitals that trans kids won’t receive a single dime

Democrats need to answer the question — what taxes are they willing to raise on Pennsylvanians? Taking nearly $300 million for transit from sales taxes still leaves a funding gap for hospitals, nursing homes & education.

I agree wholeheartedly that schools must not become health facilities. Parents have an obligation to address their child’s need in the best way they can when given a recommendation from the school administrators.

If our kids are truly our future, then let’s fund students…not systems. empower families with school choice. PA’s future depends on it. #schoolchoice

FACT: SEPTA ranks #4 NATIONWIDE in state money allocated to a transit program. House Democrats, and the Governor, believe they need more tax dollars, at the expense of our rural communities.

Sen. Kim Ward (@senatorkimward) 's Twitter Profile Photo

1. What taxes are democrats going to raise on Pennsylvanians? 2. House Democrats want to take $ from schools, hospitals and nursing homes. 3. There is an immediate and existing source of funding for transit. 🛑 Stop gaslighting people!

Pennsylvania Freedom Caucus (@pafreedomcaucus) 's Twitter Profile Photo

🚆FACT: The earmarked $292+M to bail out SEPTA, as a part of HB 1788, is 3X the amount formerly proposed for Lifeline Scholarships (PASS). Bailing out an inefficient, bureaucratic system is a priority for House Dems, rescuing kids trapped in failing schools apparently isnt.

Because the PTTF receives over a billion dollars in new revenue each year, our proposal to draw money from this fund for mass transit & road projects for the next two years would not jeopardize a single planned capital project. It's time to put this money to needed use right now!
