Half of aged checked asylum seekers are wrongly ruled adults. Such an important piece covering diabolical & dangerous treatment of children that we see every day in asylum support. This is no surprise but utterly abhorrent. The worst, most brutal, racism against children.

It is not illegal to seek asylum. Over 90% of people crossing by small boat claimed asylum. It is NOT illegal to seek asylum. Stop repeating the language of extremism.

Finally something to cheer. Government forced to back down from removing standards from ‘accommodation’ provided to people in the asylum system. This would’ve enabled privateers to make even more money & worsen the already chronic conditions. theguardian.com/society/2024/f…
