There is a real problem here, and it has nothing to do with the quality of provision. Inequality runs very deep in our country.

According to National Asbestos Helpline 90% of schools still contain asbestos. Add to that many schools are crumbling and are at risk of collapse due to RAAC and we have a deadly mix of risks. This is neglect. This is incompetence. This government needs to invest in children.
