It was a pleasure to host this group of bowlers this morning with the support of Tameside Active SEND Team. They will be joining us every first Thursday of the month throughout the bowling season. We can't wait to see and celebrate all of their achievements!

☀️ Tomorrow night, join us as Stalybridge Rec take on Royle B.C. for the first game of the season in the Chadderton First Division. The weather is promising to be nice and the bar will be open! ☀️

🔥 The Mortins have started the season on fire 🔥 Wins for all three yesterday in the Oldham Parks League and again all three were finalists in the Fletcher Pairs today! Congratulations to the overall winners Allan Ward and Michael Mortin!

On Thursday evening, the bowling green will be in use from 7pm for our first ladies only coaching course. The course will run for the next 10 weeks. We look forward to welcoming lots of new bowlers to the club.

On Thursday 1st May, we will be once again welcoming a group of bowlers supported by Tameside Active SEND Team. They will be using the green between 10.30am and 11.30am. If anyone would like to come along and help out, it would be much appreciated. 🙂

On 17th May we are holding a very special afternoon tea in aid of Maisie Moo's Missions! The raffle prizes are looking fab with the first prize up for grabs being 2 tickets to Southport Flower Show, and at £5 per strip are an absolute bargain. Tickets available from Pam or Sarah

What a great start to May! Yesterday we hosted a group of bowlers supported by Tameside SEND Team and in the evening we had 17 new bowlers arrive for coaching! Tomorrow we have the famous 'Stalybride Rec Round Robin' and on Monday we have our VE Day celebration!
