Just like all previous versions of $TSLA FSD, the more that v13 is "refined" the more dangerous it gets. HW4 13.2.9 is now down to 156 city miles between safety critical disengagements. That's WORSE than HW3 12.6.4, which is at 158 miles. Two weeks until it's robotaxis ready!
