The type of liberalism that seeks to be relentlessly neutral with regard to "values" eventually turns on itself by questioning the value of liberalism itself, and becomes something that is not liberal. --Fukuyama

I’m genuinely curious for people’s thoughts on this. Can a Christian depict characters who use profanity within their stories and novels? If they can, should they?

I suspect it is because we retain the same innate desire Israel did when they rejected God as their king. We want to be like the world in all of its glory.

If Joe Biden had done this, Mehdi would have fully supported it. The President has plenary power over reactionary strikes like this because of congress. The only requirement is that the President must cease all hostilities within 60 days and go to congress for further action.

Troy Sariah Caleb Smith What is the irony? God created Satan, who like everything else, WAS good. If God was responsible for your actions, he would be in hell - which he isn’t. Everything needs an opposite to be something. If there was no evil, we would have no appreciation for what is good.

If Satan was created evil, then God authored evil. If He authored evil, He is evil. And if God is evil, good and evil collapse into nonsense. The standard of goodness is corrupt, morality dissolves, and God becomes a monster—not God.

Timothy 🦧 Shesez (Boundary Break) Hollow Knight was a slow burn. That seems to be how the best indie works (whether books, games, or otherwise) tend to grow. Modest success at first, then the sheer excellence of the product carries it to massive success over time through word of mouth.

This is actually just a bad argument from James Lindsay, anti-Communist. Attempting to label opponents Nazis simply because they dislike immigration is a terrible way to go about it. It diminishes your credibility.

I get the instinct! Loyalty to America matters. But who defines what “America” is? Who decides which symbols or words represent it? Unless the Constitution explicitly spells that out, I don’t want the government in the business of regulating speech.

Couldn’t his “informant” status just be the fact that he once tipped the FBI off about Epstein? Because that is a well-substantiated rumor.
