For every bit of content or UI, ask these questions: "Who needs this?" "Why do they need it?" "What are the alternatives?"

Deliverables should be meant to *aid* the design process as opposed to being client-centric & *based* on a hidden design process. (p90)

Content and form can either strengthen or damage one another. That said, [properly] structured content can stand on its own. (p14)
