Covid, snow, virtual learning, transitions, health, family concerns, conflicts… the list goes on. 🤦🏻‍♀️😩 Everyone is navigating a lot. Sometimes we can navigate it all. Sometimes we can’t. And A LOT of our children can’t. They are stressed & worried. Think about what matters.
