Black box AI tries to improve #UX without users knowing or caring that AI is involved. White box AI makes itself obvious to users. One promise of white box AI lies in establishing a healthy 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 with users (H/T Jake McKee), beyond mere task completion.
