I switched from my loud and blaring alarm which wakes me in a state of panic to an alarm which is calming and is birds chirping. I slept through it and was almost late to work, which rose my cortisol levels even higher than they would’ve been with the other alarm. Huh.

I have been taking 4 drops of androsterone topically for 6 days now. I’ve noticed I’m much calmer, less anxiety, my voice is slightly deeper, and my beard is growing quicker than it usually does. Haven’t noticed any negative side effects as of right now
