Children’s Minister Natalie Don-Innes MSP visited Raploch Nursery with COSLA Children and Young People Spokesperson Cllr Tony Buchanan to learn more about their funded 1140 hour Early Learning and Childcare (ELC) offering. They also discussed plans to maximise ELC uptake amongst eligible 2 year olds.
