Hold your head up high Mr. Raleigh, from what I saw in this series is a very talented team marching towards a World Series appearance. I understand your disappointment. You personally have a reason to hold your head high & to support your brothers. Signed: A proud CanadianπŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦

On this day in 2014, Canadian Corporal Nathan Cirillo was murdered while standing guard at The National War Memorial. This cartoon by Bruce MacKinnon never ceases to move me. We Will Remember Him.

As we gathered this week to remember Cst. Shaelyn Yang, two special presentations were held in her honour. The Cst. Shaelyn Yang Legacy Committee presented PADS with a donation, and @richmondfirex Firefighter Michael Griffin shared a beautiful portrait with our detachment.
