Perishables giveaway happening tonight! 5pm to 6pm in the kitchen

Tomorrow (Wednesday) evening from 5-6pm we are having another perishables giveaway. Supplies are limited so quantities may be limited, so we can help as many families as possible.

We are pleased to let you know that today (Tuesday) is Free Perishables Giveway Day. Our doors will be open from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm and we will ensure we get as many supplies out to as many families as possible during the Power Hour.

Look at this haul that arrived at the Ranchlands Food Pantry thanks to the big hearts of Monkey Ville Child Care who completed a donation drive. We are so grateful to them for stocking our shelves and helping families in our community. #ranchlandsfoodpantry

Tues Dec 19 - Free Perishables Giveaway at Ranchlands Community Association - Calgary Hall. Our Ranchlands Food Pantry volunteers will be there between 330 pm and 430 pm to help put together free food offerings for you and your household. #ranchlandsfoodpantry

Due to the holidays, Perishables Giveaway Day has been shifted to wend for this week and next week! So, come on by today (Dec 27th) between 3:30-4:30!

We are very pleased to let everyone know the Perishables Give Away this week will be Wednesday January 3 from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Our Perishables Give Away will continue weekly throughout January and return to Tuesdays from 3:30 to 4:30 starting January 9.

On this chilly day why not use the time to gather up your old books for all ages and drop them off ranchlandscommunity next week for the Book Swap on January 27. You can drop off MTW until 630 and ThF until 2. We are excited to build up our book supply for Ranchlands readers.

Thanks to the very cold weather but most importantly thanks to our fabulous rink volunteer team, the ranchlandscommunity Rink is OPEN! Bundle up, lace up your skates and come out and meet some neighbours and enjoy! Please feel free to post some photos of your skating fun!
