Mulan Tang, a senior undergraduate in our lab, presented an excellent Biomedical Engineering Society poster! Mulan is our OU SBME BMES student chapter president, and organized the BMES conference trip for 12(!!!) OU undergraduates University of Oklahoma Research! Mulan is interested in MD/PhD programs for Fall 2024!

Quick layover in Vegas and it’s off to the SFB meeting in San Diego! SFBiomaterials. First conference for the full lab OU SBME, and first conference of grad school for Christopher Pierce (PhD student, BME) and Trinity Hoff (MS student, BME).

Had a lot of fun at our lab’s first mini golf tournament! The start of an annual tradition, with Bradley Sanchez as the first recipient of the Green Lab Coat!

Excited to share my lab's first NIH @NIGMS NOA! Our R35 project is "Enabled by drug delivery: Studying the role of brain-resident and infiltrating myeloid cell phenotype in brain damage associated with inflammatory disease" Thankful for this support and excited to get to work!
