This is kinda blowing my mind

Fun work project over the past few days - this is a lifecycle tester for an early-stage (pre-clinical, just prototypes atm) medical device. Hardware from an old 3D printer, Pi Pico reading the load cell and encoder, and custom software (assisted by Claude) ties it all together

Making more progress on the analog joystick, this time using a threaded brass ball as the pivot (the FDM ball honestly worked fine, but this is a little smoother and opens up SLS as an option for the rest of the components)

In the kitchen, metaphorically

Lil update on the KeebWarrior -now using the Rana Labs USB breakout board for a easier/cheaper replacement part -now has 2x RGB LEDs per button -lower profile RJ45 port to keep it slim As per use, I borkd the switch on the left side on this one 🙃 Coming soon!

Somebody should invent a QMS that doesn't take multiple seconds to load in between each click, my attention span can't take this
