Operation Guardian Wings The 86th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron got hands-on training with a HH-60M 🚁 from the U.S. Army 2nd Battalion 2-227 Aviation Regiment. This training prepped our medical teams by boosting their abilities to move patients from 1 aircraft to another.
