day 7 log -> didn't sleep yesterday night -> portfolio blog pages + mdx components (3 hr) -> gym at 6pm (leg day - 1.5 hr) -> read about db partitioning (30 min ) -> Panchkarma session (2.5 hr) -> going to bed today wasn't productive because of the sleep will fix this good
