#JusticeforHCGupta IAS Association having worked with exceptionally honest & action oriented bureaucrats, convicting an IAS officer even if he has not made any personal gains will kill the initiative taken by these officers since one is NEVER punished for NOT making a decision !

As a society if we treat the honest and the dishonest similarly, in all likelihood the honest will suffer and the dishonest will get away. The choice is ours.
