Worst customer service ever@virginmedia its been over a month still can not solve the problem,email,complain,nothing works.

Virgin media a terrible company,do not care about customer anymore.complained several times not a solution yet.they will first throw up automatic messages as like any other company then they forgot about you.guys what i am experiencing it a lot worse and I believe they are many.
