It’s the second and final day of the Digital Mental Health International Congress! It looks like an amazing opportunity to be in the same room as all of those amazing people, and hopefully I can be there as well next year! eMental Health International Collaborative #eMHIC24

Here’s some cool “behind the scenes” photos from eMental Health International Collaborative I actually love seeing these, because as an anxious person, it really helps me to understand the environment that I’ll be in before I go! #eMHIC24

If you can’t tell by now, I’m posting about eMental Health International Collaborative like crazy, because there’s a competition that the top 3 “influencers” will get free tickets to the event next year!! I couldn’t go because it was too expensive, so cutting any costs possible helps so much! #eMHIC24

I’m really bummed out that I couldn’t attend eMental Health International Collaborative in person, but I think it was really cool that we could still connect with others who were attending! I’m really hoping that these connections can continue on even after the event is over. #eMHIC24

I didn’t get to watch all of eMental Health International Collaborative, but I really loved being able to learn about Kids Help Phone and their RAM initiative! How amazing would it be if youth from all over Canada could access services more easily? #eMHIC24

I literally have to stop and take a moment whenever Isaiah Neil speaks, because it's always so insightful. Thank you Isaiah for coming on my new mental health podcast, "Staya While", and for being willing to have these open and honest conversations with me.
