2 carriages and standing for 40 minutes into Birmingham, not even an apology or explanation just ‘move down the carriages’ CrossCountry Trains does common courtesy mean nothing to your customers?

Kudos to the conductor on my 2 carriage CrossCountry Trains standing from Derby train this morning trying desperately to get people off the train to give the people at wilnecote “a fighting chance” of getting on - but he shouldn’t have to! PS no chance!!! Samantha Niblett MP
