OpenAI finally got their act together and gave me agent mode tonight about an hour and a half ago (so much for Plus on Monday lol). Pretty excited to try it out.

It is unbelievable how true this is. Frozen food (along with a decent air fryer) has made the food part of my life significantly easier and a good bit healthier as well.

Just used 4.1-mini of all things to save myself a huge amount of hassle on a text reformatting issue. They can kill us later if they want, tbh.

Just recently saw an egregious comma splice from an author with tens of thousands of followers on s*bstack. Maybe I'll move up my timeline for writing on there.

Amazing to me that some people are lazy enough to go with the default ChatGPT voice when they get AI to write for them. Couldn't they at least tell it to write in their style and provide an essay or press release?

Guys, this whole government thing has gotten pretty screwed up. Time for me to step in and work things out. First, we'll need to start with some kind of written document...

Underrated social technology: when your friends/a group wants to make a choice, you don't have to be overbearing or unhelpfully accommodating ("I'm good with whatever"). Instead, I go with "I'm not picky, but I can make a decision if that's helpful." Much more useful socially!

Most obvious win for gpt5 right now would be to let plus users choose to use 5-mini. I don't want to waste my usage limits and OpenAI's compute on the easier stuff I do with LLMs.
