There is a place ( Kumik Elder's Lodge) for First Canadians to teach Culture to Federal Government staff -Gatineau, Indigenous Department. I am a bit disturbed that Inuit Elders get hired only 1% during the year. The funding equal 4 Inuit First Nation Metis.

Kumik Elder's Lodge Federal Government hires 99% First Nation Elders to teach culture to Federal staff, flown in from all over Canada and even New York. Inuit Elders or knowledge keepers are not getting hired and for years.
