The IIHF Women’s World Championship will move to a new November timeslot, in advance of the PWHL season. The new calendar ensures there will be no clash with the closing stages of the PWHL. It also enables a full World Championship program in Olympic season. #PWHL

The New York Sirens have signed D Dayle Ross to a 1 year SPC. She was drafted 25th overall in the 2025 entry draft. #PWHL

Per sources, Detroit will be back to host a game as part of this season's the PWHL Takeover Tour, while Chicago will also be part of the mix for the first time hosting in 2025-26. There are additional cities, as well.

No word yet on the severity of Laila Edwards’ knee injury. Will know more tomorrow when she gets fully evaluated. Needless to say USA, Wisconsin, and pretty much the entire women’s hockey community are hoping it’s minor and she’s back in a few weeks.
