New #photogrammetry capture of the interior and exterior of "the oldest wooden church in the world", St Andrews Greensted. The timbers making up the walls of the nave have been dated to the mid 9th Century (Historic England). 3D👉skfb.ly/pqs6A

Time to start imagining an alternative to ‘a short-term and instrumental view of educational ‘value’, whether at school or university, which is driven both by political rhetoric and by the inadequate quantitative measures discussed above’

Anyone have access to the Oxford Research Encyclopedia of Communication (online resource) - there's any article ('Space in Rhetorical Theory' J. Faber McAlister) in that collection that I want to access: oxfordre.com/communication/…

Follow for the very latest political news! The funding is split by region (see below article for transport projects in each): Greater Manchester - £2.5 billion West Midlands - £2.4 billion West Yorkshire - £2.1 billion East Midlands - £2 billion North East - £1.8 billion

Peter Jones Intrepid Politics UK Unfortunately I think so, it's frustrating because the geography of the region means the cost of a feasible transport system is gonna be greater than that of say teesside or Liverpool whom both got greater sums of money despite similiar size. Consider WECA defacto covers NS too

Full steam ahead! Portishead Railway Line gets final green light! 🚂 After 25 years of campaigning and 60 years of waiting, the Secretary of State for Transport has given the final sign-off on the Portishead and Pill Railway Line with trains projected to run by 2027.

While I have lobbied hard for this project, it would not be proceeding without the tenacity of the Portishead Railway Group and local supporters who have fought for this for 25 years.
