DAY 3 OF MY 30-DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE. I planned to reduce the intensity today but leg day had other plans for me. Hit my 10k steps goal by completing over 12,000 steps. Then went in for leg day and worked out for almost two hours.

DAY 4 OF MY 30-DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE. I finally reduced the intensity today. However, it seems Iโ€™ve injured my foot and ankle. Still completed my 10k steps goal though I limped through the final 3,000 steps. I may not have perfected it yetโ€ฆ

DAY 5 OF MY 30-DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE. My injured foot didnโ€™t get better. It still hurts, but I pushed through the pain and completed 11k steps today. Literally limped throughout the entire 11,000 steps, but we move (pun intended).

DAY 6 OF MY 30-DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE. Today was rest day, so I prioritized doing less work and getting more rest. Took the day off, though I still completed all my goals. Iโ€™m still limping, but I covered 12k steps today. Also, I finally found a way to manage my injured footโ€ฆ

DAY 7 OF MY 30-DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE. Itโ€™s been a full week of consistency and Iโ€™m so glad Iโ€™ve come this far. Completed at least 10k steps everyday for 7 days! Today, I completed 11,000 steps and my foot is getting better too. Didnโ€™t go to the gym because today is rest day.

Itโ€™s been a full week of consistency and Iโ€™m so glad Iโ€™ve come this far. Completed at least 10k steps everyday for 7 days!

Today, I completed 11,000 steps and my foot is getting better too. Didnโ€™t go to the gym because today is rest day.
