I’ve spent more time than it deserves trying to talk to Amazon.co.uk about a problem I’m experiencing. Amazon efficiently does anything related to selling you products but block you at every turn when you need to talk to them by telephone. How can I speak to a human?

I have another issue with Amazon.co.uk and hope this time they can resolve it. Please advise me of the best way to access a reply - it really annoys me how difficult it is to talk to Amazon directly.

Finding the best service on Vodacom is a challenge. I found Zandila this morning when my doorbell rang & she said to call her back but other agents intent upon hijacking me make every excuse to bypass her. I can’t recall ever being impressed by #Vodacom, now it’s the pits.

My Vodacom saga continues. New BF Zinhle was replaced by my original BF, Schembile Myeza who’d already begun work on my contract. Then Vodacom sent paperwork with price & add-ons I didn’t recognise. So it’s back to trying to speak to my new original BF. Nothing’s simple Vodacom

Of course my problems Vodacom haven’t been resolved. My expectations are simple - a package that suits my needs. I don’t want free health drinks or anything on that impossible new app designed for 12 yr olds. I want paperwork that reflects what I was offered. Is this service?

Not to mention that despite having full names of agents who become my BFs, no-one Vodacom has heard of them. Remarkable how these phone calls generate new contracts though they’re clearly not compiled according to what I agreed to. It is beyond maddening.
