GOVERNMENT'S claim that Langata homes are built on grabbed forest land is a lazy argument lacking in seriousness. CS Tobiko must respect the integrity and sanctity of titles of innocent purchasers. Otherwise gov't must compensate home owners at market value if it needs the land.
