Connor wins his two events today and becomes Avon schools County champion in the long Jump and two lap race.

After winning the Avon indoor sprint race Connor was selected to represent Avon under 13 Boys at the South West sportshall championships in Paignton. Connor winning his individual event and the team winning the competition now on to the National Championships with Avon athletics

Today Connor represented Avon against some of the elite indoor athletes in the country for his age getting a silver medal in both of his individual events the sprint race he ran 21.7 with the winner running 21.5 Avon were 🥉county team overall out of 9 counties.

A massive well done to Avon athletics and St Katherine’s School PE department the amout of time and energy they put into athletes goes above and beyond creating a environment for success and for individuals to be the best they can be !

Trip for Connor to the Yeovil open meeting Connor picking up 1st in place in the 200m in his inaugural outing for Yate athletics.

What a cracking event put on by St Katherine's sports department celebrating the sporting achievement of students. With Connor picking up two awards tonight One on behalf of the athletics team which he Captains and an individual award for his achievements in athletics.
