Nathaniel Kaill of ReMed project recently had the amazing opportunity to present at the Solid Freeform Fabrication Symposium in Austin, Texas on the affect of a typical decontamination procedure on ABS and its viability as feed stock material for recycled printer filament. ♻

Professor Shahin Rahimifard was pleased to have the opportunity to present progress in ReMed project during the Environmental Working Party meeting of ‘The British In Vitro Diagnostic Association British In Vitro Diagnostics Association (BIVDA))’ on 4th September 2024. We look forward to collaborating with BIDVA.

We would like to thank our speakers and panelists for their insight and knowledge-sharing which made the ReMed Conference 2024 a success! We are also grateful for the positive feedback from delegates referring to the rich content of presentations at this one day event.

A workshop was hosted by NHS England and ReMed Project at Loughborough to review NHS Clinical Waste Strategy. Following a tour of ReMed Reprocessing Laboratory, participants, through group discussions, identified key actions for transition from ‘waste’ to ‘resource’ mgt.
