My beautiful, intelligent, hard-working, oldest daughter, Alex, graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in Health Science and a Minor in Public Health from FLORIDA. I am so proud to be her mom, so proud of her. May God continue to bless her and guide her as she continues her journey!

My students performed my favorite musical earlier tonight! It was so good that I felt like I was watching the movie version I watched hundreds of times growing up in the 80s. There’s so much talent in our schools. Thankful for our Music Teacher, Danielle Lang. She’s a magician!

I can’t believe we are in the last full week of the school year! We’ve had a great year! 💙💚

Mr. Hernan’s first grade class wrote me letters requesting several school enhancements. Among many other ideas, they asked for a rollercoaster, a farm with horses, puppies in each classroom, and a gaming room! Their writing has grown so much, and I love their creativity!

Celebrating the end of school year 24-25 with the best colleagues and our fearless and supportive Principal Leader Meredith Leftakis. I am so blessed to be a part of this group of kind and gifted individuals. Thank you to Dr. Rahim Jones and Elementary Division for organizing this!

Started year 28 with dropping off my little one with her second grade teacher, and then on to the PTO’s Kindergarten BooHoo / Yahoo breakfast! It’s going to be a great year!

Last Thursday we wore black and gold to cheer on the UCF Knights for their season opener! It’s hard to get Carmencita to smile in pictures! 🤦🏽‍♀️
