Delivered to my work address! What a shame it is Sephora Australia that you have no respect for the customer. I’ve attached a photos of a chain mail in this tweet to show how they have been fooling me as a customer!

And today I literally emailed them three times explaining I need it ASAP! And there was no response from Sephora Australia

I’m so disappointed with all this and I feel like I should raise this concern with ombudsman.. coz literally Sephora Australia doesn’t care about its reputation!
