Yesterday PPD East Service Detail performed a blitz in the PPD 24th District and PPD 25th District with The PPA PhiladelphiaSanitation and CLIP. Dozens of streets and sidewalks were cleaned and sanitized! 95 violations were issued. 84 vehicles were towed, including 4 that were in stolen
