I support you for everything, but this is becoming unforgivable. You have double engine Ashwini Vaishnaw is in Mumbai a lot and has taken important party roles in Maharashtra. This is not done. Ramp up metro, expand MRVCs scope of work on nuclear level.

Problem was that except 1995-1999, 2014-till date viz. 16 years, the rest of the time Maharashtra has been ruled by people from the dehat. Those political leaders had no stake or interest in improving the public transport network in Mumbai MMR. Metro was talked about in Mumbai

People who say mumbaikers even living in far flung places with low rent can't afford AC tickets are everyday able to afford 20-30rs per seat auto as most outer suburbs have zeros bus services and homes far from railway stations. So the argument of unaffordabilty doesn't stay
