Run day today! Definitely improved my pace and time, and I feel a lot better and getting in shape. Gym later for Leg day to squat and do machines! I’m going to go get a gravel bike too, Bikes are so awesome and great form of high intensity low impact cardio.

Ok I am sore from training & cooking some organic ground beef with a bunch of spicy red peppers and pasta for lunch. 🥩 I definitely want to get another Gardyn and double the plants I can grow because I can grow more peppers and reap the health benefits, plus they’re tasty. 😋

We’d already been serving in an extra legal function as Veterans anyways, but that’s just boots on the ground now. Democrats get away with violating the law freely & running their own personal corrupt fiefdoms, if it was here or there we’d glance over it but it’s everywhere.

We can also declare a state of emergency, martial law, a curfew, checkpoints, gonna be a wild ride if you’re illegal and trying to go places. Deportations have to happen, it is a foreign invasion, there has been a declaration of invasion, they need to declare it an invasion.

Such a pivotal point to continue the pressure, you just know in their lizard brain that when they’ve got you to cower, because they’re that predatory they’ll always remember that violence will solve their problems and they’ll blame you, and you’ll be their next victim.

Space really is the final frontier and the sooner we get out there and make sense of it, the quicker we will be on our way to finding out what we don’t know. You don’t know what you don’t know, and the longer we stay stuck on our preconceived notions we will stay where we are.

Trumps comments about us speaking Japanese, I speak Japanese. 😂 I read a lot about Japanese Warrior Culture growing up. Zen & Martial Arts shaped Warrior culture around the world. It should be a part of every adolescence reading early in life for our western way of thinking.

It’s not normal to be entirely driven by people largely not even from the Country you’re supposed to represent, it’s not normal to pretend that is even a feasible answer.

You literally don’t have to do anything and nobody will arrest you. You don’t have a right to tread in people’s personal space regardless of if they’re a public person. It’s on brand going after a Woman though, but there’s no complaints about that because she isn’t a liberal.
