I think it should be like the NCAA tourney and the play-in games. Oregon should play the winner of Clemson/SMU. If you don't want to do a rematch then Clemson/Indiana. Georgia = SMU/Tennessee Boise State = Ohio State/Notre Dame Arizona State = Texas/Penn State

AZ cities apparently impact home prices across the entire globe. Shame on Arizona League for allowing this to happen. Or, maybe some local economists don't know what the hell they are talking about when they attribute all price increases to local policy. I guess it could be either.

Might be interesting to point out two things here: 1) Texas Tech's pass to run ratio in 2007 was 4:1 where Ohio State's this year was 54.5% run 45.5% pass. 2) Smith is on an offense with 3 potential first round receiving talents, minimally two.

This is such an essential point for the #AZLEG to understand. There are 100k units in the Maricopa County region that have been approved & pulled 1 permit but not built. They're sitting on entitlements for a profit. Sell. Sit. Sell. Sit again. Repeat. A true supply constraint.

Now might be a good time to point out Barry Goldwater & his brother Bob were both involved in the incorporation of Paradise Valley. As a result, I might suggest to you that "centralized planning" in this sense means at the state level rather than local, where it belongs.

100%. Lift clean and place at all times in the fairway. Same goes for hitting it in a divot. Don't punish a good shot. And for the record, I'm an unbiased voter because I'm never in the fairway so there!
