I hate when clients show up with their pets without an appointment saying they were “in the area and could u look at Fluffy even tho ur triple booked?” Like bitch you live across the street YOURE ALWAYS IN THE AREA

Drs charging staff for procedures that don’t cost anything is fucked up.

My Dr has started becoming so money hungry she thinks it’s ok for dogs to have dentals four months after they just received one 😕

And tries to justify it by saying “some animals need frequent dentals”. This dog has a grade 1 1/2, at best. I don’t believe in knocking animals out every few months for $1000 dental cleanings

This clinic does not align with my values anymore and I’m having trouble sleeping at night and feeling good after work. Everything is a pull for money. Telling client we won’t see their sick pet unless we update rabies vax immediately etc

[[In Hospital]] "We skipped the Trazodone because she was being quiet" is the vet tech equivalent of a client's "we stopped the Keppra because she wasn't having seizures." GIVE THE DAMN TRAZ.

Omg Hopper is such a scam!!! Reporting them to BBB. Overcharged me by hundreds after told my flight price was guaranteed. I want my proper refund 🤬

What pet & practice owners don’t understand is overbooking and understaffing are what cause mistakes. Sometimes fatal mistakes. If you don’t want this to happen to your pet, or your reputation then you need to slow tf down & be patient. You can’t rush medicine.

Isn’t it sad that I have to order meds for my own doggo elsewhere because my boss won’t let me order them at cost thru the clinic...even tho I literally am in charge of EVERYTHING INCLUDING inventory?? 🙄☹️ #timeforachange

I just had a client tell me that his cats poo’s are so large it’s like watching his wife give birth all over again… I’m not sure she would appreciate that 😂

We need to require national credentialing if we ever want to gain the respect & pay we deserve. Does this mean people could be grandfathered in, sure. Until we’re held to a higher standard like human nurses, nothing will ever change. #VeterinaryUnion 💪🏼

On behalf of all Veterinary Professionals, for the love of God stop doodling everything you see. They’re not cute, never trained & extremely overrated. Save your money. A shelter pet needs you more.
