In the life of a teacher, our job never stops when we walk out the doors at the end of the school day-not talking about the grading or lesson planning here. Two students were trying to jump their car.Jordan Rowlen Jacobs gave them a life lesson, got their car started, & sent on their way!

TOP 20, THEY DID IT!!!! Huge congrats to Brock (12th) and Ty (16th) who ROCKED it at State today!! Amazing end to the season with a PR and a STATE medal 🏅

Capstone presentations given tonight which means after 2+ years, we are officially done with the program!!! Only 6months & a dissertation away from being “Dr”

Time away from school gives me time to work on dissertation writing. Devoting a couple of days of hard work, then time for a break! Have to practice what I told my students - a BREAK from school/work is a BREAK for a reason. Give your mind/body a break & do something for YOU!

And that’s a wrap to a very BUSY yet AMAZING semester ❤️ From getting married, to coaching XC, to helping with District SS & teaching, while also starting to write my dissertation…I am READY for a break but am so thankful to be where I am thanks to the love & support of so many

As a coach, you always look for players who put the team before themselves. I am and always will be a Jerick McKinnon fan. For the rest of his life, he could have told his family that he scored a touchdown in the Super Bowl but he chose to do the right thing. #team
