All Quiet on the Western Front is insane. Never before has a film captured so much brutality about war. The combat scenes were incredible and the tank scene had more fear than any horror movie. See it now.

Netflix with another home run, this time with The Stranger. A slow burn, captivating crime movie. Incredibly well made, great score and acting. Worth going out of your way to see.

Exhausting game. Gritty win by the Bucks bench. Love me some Josh Giddey though.

Big time movie recommendation is Emily The Criminal on Netflix. Aubrey Plaza goes dummy shopping and gets involved with some bad people to pay off student loans. Simple plot with lots of twists and turns. One of the better low budget movies of the year.

Watched #KnivesOutGlassOnion and it was great. First hour had some fluff, but once it started rolling, it didn’t stop. Not as good as the first, but still about as awesome as you would expect.

Watch Fickell figure out how to have the student section full by kickoff every week too.

The Tony Hawk Until The Wheels Fall Off is absolutely incredible. One of my favorite documentaries I have ever seen. Immediately want to watch it again.

Just watched THE MENU and it was awesome. There’s some depth to it but it’s also just a really fun watch. Great acting everywhere.

If you like tech “thriller” type movies, Kimi is probably worth your time. About an employee that finds an Alexa type device recorded audio of a crime. Flawed but fun. Enjoyed that the main character was actually smart/likable and didn’t make typical dumb decisions.

Beef on Netflix is quite possibly the best show the service has given us. Incredible storytelling, 30-35 minute episodes that just fly by. It’s an all timer.
