❗️❗️ PLAYER SPOTLIGHT ❗️❗️ East Coast Sox Baseball standout, Christian Burnette #23, with a moonshot grand slam last week. Christian is constantly in the weight room grinding and training in the cage. He is a sophomore who is up to 100 mph and 400 feet on our HitTrax.

Ball got out in a hurry and was still rising! Metrics matter. Get in the weight room and get strong. Make it a priority. Skip the tee session and go lift! You won’t regret it. What you see on our HitTrax carries over to the game for every single one of our athletes!

PL East Coast Sox Baseball 10U had a great showing in Louisiana this weekend going 4-0 and winning the tournament. They played well from start to finish, and we are very proud of this group! Congratulations to Tucker, Sarge, and Nick on their homers this weekend as well! Keep grinding!

Our PL Bolts 8U had another great weekend of softball. Here they are showing great awareness on defense by turning a triple play! This is a great group of girls with a bright future in the game!
