1/2 Absolutely appalled after being intentionally mis-sold ‘membership fees’ at @DWFitnessFirst Fetter Lane. Specifically shown on the contract that membership fees are refundable if you terminate your contract within the ten day cooling off period...

2/2 ...but now I’m told that the ‘membership fee’ I had to pay on day 1 was in fact something else. Disgusting customer service and outright mid-selling. What crooks!
