Since it seems we're all (understandably) a bit annoyed tonight, I thought I'd bless the TL with some chocolate weetabix

Good times. Jumped on for practice that Monday evening & decided to try out 1-3 wings for a laugh. Turned out I was lightning fast with the ultra-low downforce, so used it in the actual race. This is what happened 😅

Are the FIA gonna go with their new "We won't tell him to return the position, we'll just penalise" thing regarding merging at the Safety Car line? Shambles if so.

Surely in damp conditions, if you're not gonna run a wet tyre, you have to run the softest slick available? What am I missing here?

These 2022 cars are just as much of a problem as Monaco. There's no tow. At least in the old cars, if you had the speed advantage to be 0.5s behind another car exiting Portier, you'd have a chance at the chicane. Now you can be as close as you want, but can't pass without DRS 🤷‍♂️

These cars handle like a lump 😭 Can't point them anywhere without entering a 4-wheel drift. And conveniently these new tyres seem to hate any amount of slip 😂 What was wrong with the Gen2 cars?

It's crazy that there's a debate about this. If you're on the inside, behind the other car, and have been left a car's width of space, any contact is always entirely your fault. If it's wet and the grip level off line is difficult to judge, you have to take margin.

This is not a good pass. Gasly showed good awareness to make it work, but had he taken the corner as he was entitled to, there would've been contact & it would've been Tsunoda's fault. You can't be tentative from that far back - you have to peel off the brake earlier & get level.
