Tried to close on the first call. Got ghosted every time. Now? I show them what’s broken. Send a teardown. Give value — no pitch. Sometimes they fix it. Sometimes they ask me to help. Trust → Value → Sale → Success. Way more deals. Way better fit.

If you are doing an early access beta and charging people, it is probably a good idea allow them to cancel a subscription and not disappear.

The best way to attract outside capital is to build a great business with great customers. Going to a private event to meet investors is a time waster. If you want to raise build value first.
