Australia faces two existential risks - the climate crisis, and an all-out nuclear exchange b/w nuclear powers. No amount of defence spending can protect us from that. Far better just to stop opening new coal & gas mines, and sign the Nuclear Ban Treaty. theguardian.com/australia-news…
