Lots of really nice things coming out of #wwdc this year, and while there’s a lot of focus on the new #AI releases, I think the really interesting things are in CoreML libraries. Interesting to see the disclosure that there are now Swift only APIs with Vision from iOS 18 onwards!

Going through the Screen Time videos from Apple, it’s easy to think you need all three of Family Controls, Managed Settings and Device Activity. You likely don’t, but it takes some digging to find what fits your use case #BuildInPublic

Tried out Swift Data after seeing a lot saying it’s not production ready & I get it. The strong ties to SwiftUI Views makes it difficult to separate your business logic. And when you go to interact with it in a view model you end up doing a lot of unnecessary leg work #iOSDev
