I leader diventano tali solo se comprendono le necessità della comunità e restano al comando finché ne fanno gli interessi. L’idea che abbiano il potere di fare ciò che vogliono è un’illusione. Senza Roosevelt o Hitler l’intelaiatura della storia non sarebbe cambiata.

Politicians become Leaders only if they understand the community needs and remain in charge as long as they serve their interests. The idea that they have the power to do what they want is an illusion. Without Roosevelt or Hitler the framework of the story should be the same.
